I'm picking Francisco Liriano for the AL Cy Young.

20 wins, 3.00 ERA, and a ton of strikeouts.

I'm not buying seattle as a playoff team. Yet. Especially with Lee hurting.

I like the Cards because I don't think the Cubs have any ability to win, and the Brewers simply don't have the pitching. So its basically the Cards by default.

I still think that the Angels will probably be 3rd in the AL West and that the AL West will be more competitive than the AL East and both the Yankees and Red Sox will be in the post season. Not sure that I buy on the Cardinals being there again. It will be a tight race in the NLC. I like the Marlins pick. The NLE will be a 4 team race this year and probably as tough to figure out as the NLC.
